Refunds & Exchanges
Because our items are made to order (made just for you after purchase) we do not accept returns. Any items that have sewing defects will be repaired or replaced at our option. If there is a problem with your order please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will pay return shipping in the case of a defect in workmanship.
While every effort is made to represent color accurately, every display screen is different and we cannot guarantee the colors you see match the true fabric colors. We recommend requesting complimentary fabric swatches to be able to feel the fabrics and see the colors before purchasing.
Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused. We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of any refund.
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 2 days of purchase. Our bedding is made to order, so we cannot accept cancellations after your order has been started. We cannot accept cancellations on expedited/rush orders or orders with special order fabric.
